Operations and Maintenance Planner for Region Östergötland

About the Position

This is a role for you who want to work both strategically and operationally with long-term planning and develop a sustainable maintenance strategy. You will be an important link between technology and management in our service agreement with Region Östergötland, where we are responsible for the operation of the region's owned properties. You will create the conditions for operations and maintenance to function optimally. You will plan and coordinate maintenance needs and have overall responsibility for identifying and managing larger maintenance needs. Since we work with both old and new systems, an important part of your job will be to collect, structure, and analyze information from previous construction projects in older properties. Your main tasks include:

• Plan and ensure the quality of operations and maintenance needs in close collaboration with the operations organization
• Maintain and update the installation database and develop the operations module in our property system
• Plan inspections and maintenance, from daily inspections to annual service reviews
• Conduct trend analyses of work orders, identify deviations, and propose improvements
• Contribute with analyses that serve as a basis for tactical operational planning and operational plans

To Succeed in the Role, You Need

• Experience from technology-heavy or complex environments, e.g. heating plants, the property sector, or process industry
• Experience working both strategically and operationally with operations and maintenance
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Property technical background
• Background as a maintenance engineer
• Knowledge of AFF

You are a self-driven and structured person who easily transforms technical maintenance issues into well-organized data and concrete maintenance plans. We value your drive, accuracy, and ability to see the big picture, as well as your willingness to develop and improve maintenance work. You enjoy being out in the field, and your communication skills enable you to collaborate well with both technicians, subcontractors, and the region's representatives.
